President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has signed the Student’s Loan Bill into law as part of fulfillment of his campaign promise to liberalize funding of education in Nigeria.
Tinubu’s aide Dele Alake, told the State House Correspondents on Monday evening that Nigeria students would access loans to go to school.
The bill sponsored by the Speaker of the 9th House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, grants interest-free loan to students, has passed the third reading a two weeks ago.
