Following the Europa League final, Roma manager Jośe Mourinho confronted English referee, Anthony Taylor, something that earned him a four-match suspension.
The charge refers to a post-game altercation in which Mourinho yelled obscenities at Taylor in a parking lot.
The former Chelsea, Manchester United, and Real Madrid Coach has been accused of using derogatory or harsh language.
The match was decorated with 13 yellow cards, seven of which went to Mourinho’s Roma.
Following accusations of throwing items, igniting pyrotechnics, and illegal team conduct, Roma was additionally fined 55,000 euros (£47,300) and prohibited from selling tickets to their traveling supporters for one European match the following season.

Taylor, 44, was frequently called to the benches during the game to intervene as fourth official Michael Oliver fought to maintain control.
The record for the most bookings in a Europa League game was set by Taylor, who showed yellow cards to 13 players, seven of whom were Roma players, which provoked bitter criticism from Mourinho in his post-game press conference, and he was afterward seen arguing with Taylor and other officials as they boarded a minibus in the stadium’s parking lot.
