In a comic exchange that looks like preparation for the most iconic fight in the Mixed-Martial Art’s history, when Russian undefeated world champion, Khabib Nurmagomedov (Habib Nur Muhammadu), the then-current title holder of the lightweight division responded to Irish former double-titled world champion, Corner McGregor’s trash talk, the former said, “Send Me Location” in the wake of the pre-fight altercation of their famous October 2018 bout in Las Vegas, Meta’s Mark also says, “Send Me Location” in this response to Twitter’s Musk’s invitation for a potential cage fight between the two Moguls.
Thursday night, Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk agreed to a cage fight, escalating their social media verbal battle that has been going on between the two world-leading tech tycoons.
The 39-year-old founder of Facebook boasted on Instagram stories, “I’m up for a cage match if he is lol,” while sharing a screenshot of Musk’s earlier tweet.
Musk reportedly tweeted back at Zuckerberg with “Vegas Octagon,” in response to his ask for the “location” of the anticipated clash between the two titans.
The social media jabs, which were appropriately made on the billionaires’ respective platforms, prepared the scene for a Silicon Valley brawl that would eclipse the size of the series of high-profile celebrity fights that have been popular in Las Vegas.
To frighten Mark, Musk claims to have studied Kyokushin karate, taekwondo, judo, and “briefly” Brazilian jiu-jitsu, whereas Zuckerberg recently made news for angrily disputing the referee’s decision to rule against him in a jiu-jitsu competition.
The public argument began on Wednesday after Musk remarked on a post regarding Zuckerberg’s newest rumored project, Threads, a Meta competitor to Twitter.
What a fight!
