Paris Saint-Germain has authorized Kylian Mbappe to discuss a huge £259 million offer from Saudi club Al Hilal, a deal which stands as a world-record bid.

The French champions have made it clear that they are open to selling the player and have since omitted him from their pre-season tour to Japan and South Korea, opting to include only players who are committed to the club.

While several other clubs including Tottenham, Chelsea, Manchester United, Inter Milan, and Barcelona express  interest in signing Mbappe, creating a competitive market for the talented French captain.

PSG is open to considering all offers for Mbappe, as they would prefer to sell him to the highest bidder, although Al Hilal’s offer is currently unmatched.

Reports revealed that Mbappe has just one year left on his contract with PSG, and he has declined to renew, with the belief that he has already agreed to join Real Madrid on a free transfer next summer.

However, Real Madrid might now be inclined to make a formal bid to secure the player to avoid missing out on him again.

According to the reports gathered by TCR, PSG is determined not to lose Mbappe without receiving adequate compensation, as they had initially invested over £150 million when they signed him from Monaco.

As an indication of their willingness to negotiate, PSG has even considered the possibility of loaning Mbappe out for the upcoming season.

Similarly, despite the options presented to him, Mbappe seems resolute in his decision not to extend his contract with PSG, as he is prepared to remain on the sidelines throughout the next season if necessary, ultimately intending to leave for Real Madrid as a free agent in the following summer.
